Shwan Dler Qaradaki (born 1977 in Kurdistan) was educated at the College of Fine Arts in Sulaimani, Kurdistan, Iraq, and at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, where he earned a doctoral degree from the Department of Art and Craft.
