-They undergo daily sacrifices of dignity and control for the spectator’s entertainment. They seem naked while they swallow smirks. It’s the pretentiousness that consumes them, isn’t it? Who is that on the stage, on the screen, on the street that makes you feel so good about yourself? Judgment justifies mockery - it’s only natural, they say. Have you ever been fooled by a fool? Not often enough.
