Welcome to a Book Launch and Talk!

The book “Anawana Haloba. I Want to Tell You Something” is the first museum publication dedicated to Haloba’s work. The publication contains newly commissioned texts by MoMA curator, Smooth Nzewi; curator of the 2025 Berlin biennale, Zasha Colah; South African curator Bhavisha Panchia; and an essay by senior curator at the National Museum, Andrea Kroksnes.

At the event, you will meet Haloba and the authors of this book, in conversation about her exhibition history, her recent work at the National Museum, her participation in the Berlin Biennale in 2025, as well as upcoming projects.
