She asks: what does it mean to be alive, to live through disasters, to experience time? The film’s intimacy with Adnan transforms from a visit into a landscape film, and into an exploration of perception.
Filmmaker Marie Valentine Regan will be in conversation with literary scholar and poet Wendy Lotterman after the screening.
