Lecture Performance: The Souls of White Folk

Martin White
  • 19:00
    20:15

In the lecture performance The Souls of White Folk artist Martin White takes a deep dive into the history of Norway’s little known entanglement with Namibia. Spinning out from the story of the Namibia Association, Elverum’s humanitarian solidarity organisation, White uses live cinema to draw us into a maelstrom of industrial whaling, missionaries, colonisation and the Namibian independence movement.

The event is in English.
