The Norwegian Sculptors Society (NBF) was founded in 1946 and is a nationwide artist organization and professional center of expertise for sculpture. Since 1967, NBF has been based at Villa Furulund, located at Hekkveien 5 in Oslo. Villa Furulund includes three exhibition spaces totaling 110 square meters, as well as an mediation/workshop room and office. The surrounding sculpture park covers a full 4 acres.

NBF has approximately 500 members, comprising the majority of professional visual artists working in the field of sculpture, across genres and artistic positions. NBF encompasses and represents the entire three-dimensional field.
