Closing event

For the past week, coco has been in residence at Tenthaus; documenting, archiving and rehearsing mechanisms of group collaboration and decision-marking. We have begun a risograph archive of past activities, and added to this archive by hosting Destiny’s Child Care, a discursive program on anti-racist parenting and liberatory pedagogy.

On the evening of August 17 we will share the risographs, and screen a rough cut of a film documenting our processes that we are creating over the week of the residency. coco is formed by a group of Toronto-based eight art collectives with equity-deserving backgrounds in response to systemic racism and poor working conditions in the arts field.
